Instructional aides

Class agendas were made to enforce the structure of the class based on technique style and were hung in the space for the instructor and dancers to use in class to communicate what is going on and what comes next during the session.

behavior management tools

A sticker chart was used as a form of token economy style behavior management for partipants. The sticker reward chart was used for the younger group of participants (week 2) of camp offerings. The PREMACK principle was hung on the wall during all three weeks of camp to reinforce active participation in class activities before a free dance period.
